NNANNDA is a field sales platform for companies and independent reps who sell door to door: door knocking maps, a CRM, inspections with photos and video, estimates, signatures, storm data and team tools. It is operated by NNANNDA LLC ("NNANNDA", "we", "us"). We built it for people in the field, and we know that your leads, your clients and your photos are your business. This policy explains, in plain words, what information the app keeps, why, who can see it, and what we never do with it.
1. The short version
- Your data belongs to you. Everything you or your company enters in NNANNDA (leads, clients, homeowner details, insurance information, photos, videos, documents, notes, door marks and messages) is yours, not ours.
- We do not look at it. Our team works from an administration console that only shows account-level totals (for example, how many users or how much storage an account uses). It has no screen to open your clients, photos, notes or door activity.
- We never sell it, never use it for advertising, never share it with other companies, and never use it to compete with you or to contact your clients.
- You can download your data at any time, for free, on any plan. If you leave, you take it with you.
2. Who is responsible for what
When a company or an independent rep (the "account owner") uses NNANNDA, the account owner decides what information to collect about its own clients and homeowners and how to use it. For that information, the account owner is responsible for it (the "controller"), and NNANNDA only stores and processes it on the account owner's behalf and following its instructions (a "service provider" or "processor").
NNANNDA is responsible for the information we need to run accounts: your name, email, phone and sign-in details.
If you are a homeowner or a client of a company that uses NNANNDA and you have a question about your information, please contact that company first; it controls your information. We will help it answer you.
3. Our promise about your leads, clients and photos
This is the part people in our industry ask about most, so we want to be precise.
- Our tools are built so that we do not see your content. Our console shows only totals and account settings, never the content of your work.
- Our staff do not open, read, copy, export or use your leads, clients, homeowner details, photos, videos, documents, notes, messages, door activity or team locations.
- Like any online service, the systems that store your data must be maintained by someone. Technical access to the underlying database is limited to a very small number of protected administrator accounts, and is used only: (a) to keep the service running and secure, for example to fix a technical problem or respond to a security incident, and only to the extent needed; (b) when you ask us for support and give us permission; or (c) when the law requires it. In each case we access the minimum necessary and never use what we see for any other purpose.
- If the law requires us to hand over your data (for example, a court order), we will tell you before we do, unless the law forbids us from telling you.
- We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models, to build lists, to find leads for anyone else, or to sell services to your clients.
- Roofing and field sales are competitive. NNANNDA will never use one account's data to benefit another account, including companies in the same area.
4. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number, company name, state, industry, role and the account you belong to.
- Work you enter: leads and clients with their contact, property and insurance details, inspections, photos and markup, videos, documents, estimates, contracts, notes, pipeline stages and messages.
- Door knocking: the houses you mark, their status, visit dates and times, notes, and the GPS point where a visit was logged.
- Location sharing (only if your company turns it on for you and you accept it): your position about once a minute during your company's work hours, while the app is open.
- Signatures: when a homeowner signs an estimate or contract through a NNANNDA link, we save the name, signature, initials, date and time, and basic device and browser information, as proof of the signature for the company that sent it.
- Crew links: crew workers who open a job link are identified by the device they first use, so the link only works on that device.
- Plan and trial information: which plan an account has, trial dates, and a one-way code made from the phone number (not the number itself) so each phone can start only one free trial.
- Technical information needed to run and protect the service, such as sign-in times and error messages.
- Messages and feedback you choose to send us.
5. How we use it
- To run NNANNDA for you: save and sync your work, work offline, create reports and PDFs, show maps, measure roofs and keep your team connected.
- To manage accounts, plans, free trials and billing, and to prevent abuse such as repeated free trials.
- To keep accounts and data secure.
- To help you when you ask for support.
- To understand overall usage (for example, the number of active users or storage used by an account) so we can improve the product and manage plans. These are counts, not the content of your work.
- To send you messages about your account, such as email confirmation, password resets, security notices and important changes. We do not send marketing emails unless you agree to receive them.
6. What we never do
- We never sell your data or your clients' data, and we never "share" it for cross-context advertising.
- We never use it for advertising, and the app has no advertising trackers.
- We never share one account's data with another account.
- We never contact your leads, clients or homeowners.
- We never keep your data hostage: exporting is free on every plan, including after a trial ends.
7. Who sees what inside your account
The account owner decides who uses the app and with which role. In a company: masters and admins can see all of the company's work; sales reps see only their own leads and doors, and never see costs or other reps' clients; inspectors see only the clients they are scheduled for, plus any the company shares with them; crew workers see only the address and the notes of their job, never the homeowner's details, insurance, prices or documents. An independent rep is the only person in their own account.
8. Location sharing
- It is off unless your company turns it on for you, and the app asks for your acceptance first.
- It only runs during the work hours your company sets. Outside those hours nothing is sent or saved.
- The app always shows whether your location is being shared.
- Only your company's master and admins can see it. Other reps and other companies never can.
- Location history is deleted automatically after 90 days.
9. Public storm data
Storm reports and hail maps come from public sources of the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). They are the same for every account and contain no personal information. Checking a client's address against storm history happens inside your account.
10. Service providers
We use a few trusted providers to run NNANNDA. They process data only to provide their service to us, under their security commitments, and may not use it for their own purposes:
- Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in.
- Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the app.
- Google: maps and address search (Google Maps Platform), roof measurements (Google Solar API, which receives only the location of the house being measured), and our business email.
- When in-app purchases become available: Apple App Store and Google Play process payments. We never see or store your card number.
11. Security
- Data travels encrypted between your device and our servers, and is stored encrypted by our database provider.
- Database access rules keep each account's data separate and limit what each role can see. These rules are enforced by the database itself, not only by the app.
- Photos, videos and documents are stored privately and open only through links that expire.
- Our administrator accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step verification, and are limited to the people who need them.
- No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you without undue delay and as required by law.
12. How long we keep data, and deleting it
- We keep your data while your account is open. Changing plans or the end of a free trial never deletes data.
- You can download your data at any time from Settings → Download my data.
- You can delete your account from Settings → Delete my account. You will have 5 days to change your mind; after that, the account and its data are permanently deleted. In a company account, a user can delete their own login; deleting the whole company is requested by its master through support.
- If a company closes its account, it can ask for a copy of its data, and we delete the data within 30 days after the account is closed.
- Backup copies are kept only for disaster recovery and are overwritten on a rolling basis within about 30 days.
- Location history is deleted after 90 days. We may keep limited records when the law requires it (for example, billing records).
13. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, and you will not be treated differently for using these rights. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, and we honor them. If you use NNANNDA through a company account, that company controls the account's data, so contact it first; we will support its response. To use your rights, write to [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
14. Cookies and storage on your device
The app saves information on your device only so it can work: to keep you signed in, remember your settings and let you keep working without signal. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
15. Children
NNANNDA is a business tool for adults and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
16. Where data is processed
NNANNDA is a U.S. company and the service is intended for use in the United States. Your information is processed by us and our providers in the United States and, when a provider needs it, in other countries with appropriate safeguards.
17. Changes to this policy
If we make an important change, we will show the new version in the app and ask you to review it before you continue. The date at the top always shows the current version.
