Terms of Service

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]

These Terms govern your use of NNANNDA, including our website, the NNANNDA web app, our mobile apps and related services (the "Service"). The Service is provided by NNANNDA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("NNANNDA," "we," "us"). By creating an account, signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for everything that happens under your account. When a company uses NNANNDA, its account owner ("Master") creates and manages its users, decides what each role can see, and is responsible for its users' activity. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

2. Plans, add-ons and payment

NNANNDA Field is offered to individual users at the price shown at sign-up (currently $15 per year). Company plans and add-ons (such as Storm Tracker, radar hail, instant roof measure, video and crew links) are priced as quoted to the company. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store's billing and refund rules. Except where the law or the app store requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

3. Your data belongs to you

Everything you or your company put into NNANNDA — clients, leads, door marks, notes, photos, videos, documents and estimates ("Your Data") — remains yours. You give us permission to store, process and display Your Data only as needed to run, secure and support the Service for you. We do not sell Your Data, we do not share it with other companies on the platform, and we do not review how your team works its leads. Each company's data is kept separate. You can export or delete Your Data at any time. After an account is closed we keep Your Data for [30] days so it can be recovered, then delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it longer. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

4. Using the Service responsibly

You agree to follow all laws that apply to your sales activity, including local solicitation and permit rules, "no soliciting" and do-not-knock requests, and rules for calling, texting and emailing consumers. You are responsible for getting any consent needed before you photograph or record people or property, or send consumers messages through the Service. You may not use the Service to harass anyone, to collect data you are not allowed to collect, to break into or overload our systems, or to copy or resell the Service.

5. Storm, weather and measurement data

Storm information in NNANNDA comes from public sources such as NOAA. Preliminary reports can change, and radar hail sizes are estimates. Instant roof measurements are satellite estimates and do not include exact linear measurements. This information is provided to help you plan your work. It does not confirm that a property was damaged, does not replace an on-site inspection or a professional measurement report, and does not guarantee that any insurance claim will be approved.

6. Location, offline use and share links

Some features use your device's location, for example to confirm that a door was marked at the door, or to show a team map during work hours when your company turns that on. Data saved while offline stays on your device until it can upload; it may be lost if the device is lost or the app is removed before it syncs. Links you create to share videos, reports or crew jobs can be opened by anyone who has them until they expire, so share them with care.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers such as mapping, hosting, email, payment and app-store services. Their own terms may apply when you use features that depend on them. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

8. Changes and availability

We are always improving NNANNDA, so features may be added, changed or removed. We work to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will give reasonable notice before removing a paid feature you rely on.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, NNANNDA will not be liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your account

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other users or the Service at risk. Sections 3, 5, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after an account ends.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE].

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
